Membership Application 

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Marine Corps League Detachment 535, please complete the Membership Form and submit it. Or you can print out the completed form and bring it to the next meeting (the date, time, and location are listed on the calendar on the home page). If you prefer, you can attend the meeting and we will provide a form for you to complete on-site. Please attach your DD214 to the application, or remember to bring your DD214 to the next meeting.
